You have a subscription, so once you sign up and make your first payment post free trial, all the work is really done. Payments will come out on the date of subscription, and each month after (unless you’re on a longer subscription). You can cancel any time via the app settings with complete access to The Riders Pod until the end of your paid period.
Big YES, we only ever want to give you content that is quality and going to benefit you. All TRP Trainers are qualified professionals. TRP Personal Trainer, Sarah- Jane is a qualified personal trainer and holds a Bachelor of Physical Education and a Certificate IV in Fitness. TRP Pilates coach, Simone Brown holds a Post Graduate Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology and a Certificate IV in Pilates.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. To cancel your subscription go into the The Riders Pod App > Settings > Revoke subscription. This will cancel your subscription so no more billing periods apply to your account. Your account will allow you access until the expiry date.
Simply login with your original login details. This will ensure your account data is still where you left it and you don’t loose any of those important results, progress and photos. If you forget your password, select ‘forgot password’ to reset. Alternatively email firstname.lastname@example.org and we can reset this for you.

Maree is a qualified Clinical Nutritionist and specialises in the areas of weight management, post-natal support, digestive dysfunction, detoxification, recipe development and meal planning.
Yes! Absolutely. We cater for dairy free, gluten free, vegan and vegetarian dietary requirements. We always note where there may also be an option to utilise a different ingredient to make a recipe meet these requirements. Our new update also allows you to search recipes by dietary requirements.
Our workouts cater for a variety of equipment needs as well as NO equipment. Simply check out the equipment required tab in the workout to determine what is required.
